I have a pool / koi pond / back yard beach lagoon / etc. Can I get an abatement on the volume of water used to fill my water feature?
Yes, NCWP will provide an abatement for the sewer portion ONLY of your bill for the water used to fill your water feature. In order to receive an abatement for the sewer portion of this water use, you MUST contact NCWP ahead of time and schedule one of our staff to inspect and verify the volume of your feature. Ask us about the possibility of a bulk water fill, and if possible, we may be able to save you from the hassle of needing to go the abatement route all together.
