On the left side of this page are links to documents outlining the materials you will need to provide to NCWP in order to receive project approval for both commercial and residential projects.
There are also links to water & sewer specifications and Precinct Rules & Regulations. Developers and Contractors should familiarize themselves these documents - they contain the answers to almost any question you might have about new or expanding development within the Precinct.
Buy-In Fees
