March 31, 2021 Commission Meeting and Public Bond/Budget Hearings Viewable by Public via WebEx Video Conference
The Commissioners of the North Conway Water Precinct will be holding the Commissioners Night Meeting on March 31, 2021 at 6:30 P.M.
During the Commissioners Meeting, at 6:45 P.M., pursuant to the provisions of RSA 33:3-d, the Board of Commissioners of the North Conway Water Precinct will hold a public hearing to discuss the possible issuance of refunding bonds. The proceeds of these refunding bonds would be used to refinance approximately $15,600,000 in current Precinct indebtedness in order to achieve interest cost savings and to pay certain costs of issuing the refunding bonds.
Following the Public Hearing to discuss the issuance of refunding bonds, at 7:00 P.M. the Commissioners will hold a public budget hearing to discuss the 2021 North Conway Water Precinct Budget and Warrant.
The Commissioner's Meeting and following hearings will be held in person at the Precinct offices located at 104 Sawmill Lane. Attendees are required to wear masks and asked to follow proper social distancing protocol and avoid coming in person altogether should they feel ill or have knowingly been exposed to COVID-19. Members of the public not able to attend in person, but wish to attend remotely, may view the meeting via WebEx video or telephone platform using the information below:
