Commissioners Meeting 4/1/2020 - Instructions on how to virtually attend this and future public meetings

The Commissioner's meeting scheduled for Wednesday April 1, 2020 at 10:00 AM will be held via Webex video conference in order to comply with State of NH social distancing orders while still offering public access to those who wish to attend.  To get started downloading Webex and to join the meeting, click this link.  Instructions for getting started with Webex can be downloaded by clicking this link (instructions may also be downloaded from the Commissioners page via a button on the top left side). We ask that you familiarize yourself as best you can with the use of Webex prior to joining the public meeting and follow proper web meeting etiquite by keeping your microphone muted unless recognized by the Commissioners to speak and by ensuring that your video camera is not capturing distracting or offensive images.

You may also attend in person if you do not have access to the necessary technology.  In-person visitors will be asked to view the meeting in the Precinct conference room at 104 Sawmill Lane and use appropriate social distancing measures from others in the conference room.  In person visitors will be able to watch the web meeting on our projection screen, but due to COVID-19 concerns access to a shared keyboard to type in comments will not be available.  We ask that you use common sense to help keep everyone in the Precinct healthy.  If there is a chance that you may have been exposed to the COVID-19 virus at any point in the past three weeks, please think of the health of others and choose not to visit us in person.
